A rack of ribs marinated and cooked in a sweet
chilli and garlic sauce

Oriental Vegetable Wrap
A soft wheat tortilla filled with oriental vegetables
marinated in Mexican spices and brandy, topped
with natural yoghurt.

Try a selection of our starters served on a large
platter with mediterranean salad.
(minimum of two people to order this starter)

Your chance to combine our chef's suggestion with your
favourite ingredients from the best meat and seafood
including prawns, cod, squid, beef, pork, chicken and turkey
with a variety of salads and vegetables. Add to your bowl our
special sauces, herbs and oils and take your creation over to the
chef and watch it being stir fried before you. There are many
different succulent combinations to try and you may return to
the buffet as often as you like.

Banana & Amaretto Cheesecake
A crunchy Amaretto biscuit topped with banana
cheesecake, served with fresh cream.

Soft Rock Pie
A rich chocolate mousse covered with marshmallows &
chocolate, served with fresh cream.

Vanilla or Mint Ice Cream Bombe
A bombe of vanilla ice cream encased in a white chocolate
shell, or bombe of Creme de Menthe ice cream encased in a
dark chocolate shell.
Served with fresh cream.

A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill

Feel free to visit the buffet once your order has been taken
Take a brown bowl and add a selection of vegetables and salads
Take note of the menu plates and special sauces on the blackboard
Choose either meat or fish to allow your dish to be cooked successfully
Add at least two ladles of sauce
Flavour with herbs and spices
Hand your masterpiece to one of our grillers to be stir-fried, all ingredients must be cooked
